The hotel rooms are tidy with an extraordinary harbor view, well designed for solo travelers. Service is excellent, responsive, and upbeat. The location is superb, connecting to the train system, local mall, and city park. Dining is pleasant, especially at the rooftop bar. I was on the 28th floor with amazing views, and the hotel offers clean and bright rooms with good functionality. While the provision of a cell phone as portable Wi-Fi for travelers is convenient, it was not working initially. The rooms are spacious and very nicely designed.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well designed to enjoy the amazing views, although some areas could use a little TLC. The service was outstanding, with friendly and efficient staff all around. The location is interesting, although it could use a bit more atmosphere.
