Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are tidy with an extraordinary harbor view, well designed for solo travelers. Service is excellent, responsive, and upbeat. The location is superb, connecting to the train system, local mall, and city park. Dining is pleasant, especially at the rooftop bar. The facilities are great, offering a wonderful experience overall.
I was on the 28th floor with amazing views, and the hotel offers clean and bright rooms with good functionality. While the provision of a cell phone as portable Wi-Fi for travelers is convenient, it was not working initially. The rooms are spacious and very nicely designed.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well designed to enjoy the amazing views, although some areas could use a little TLC. The service was outstanding, with friendly and efficient staff all around. The location is interesting, although it could use a bit more atmosphere. The dining experience was fantastic but slightly overpriced. Overall, great value for money!
The hotel gave me a mix of great views and privacy concerns. It felt odd not to have frosted glass on the bathroom door, but being on the 20th floor offered stunning views across the harbor/river.
The hotel's rooms are small but well-designed, perfect for one person with a good workspace, and the staff is very helpful. It felt a bit claustrophobic being overlooked by neighbouring apartment blocks. The location is great, close to the MTR and walking distance to nostalgic snack places, but the surroundings were quiet. The dining options were fantastic, especially the full English breakfast paired with noodles, and the service was friendly and attentive. Despite the small rooms, the value for money was good given the location and service.
