The hotel rooms are tidy with an extraordinary harbor view, well designed for solo travelers. Service is excellent, responsive, and upbeat. The location is superb, connecting to the train system, local mall, and city park. Dining is pleasant, especially at the rooftop bar. The facilities are great, offering a wonderful experience overall.

I was on the 28th floor with amazing views, and the hotel offers clean and bright rooms with good functionality. While the provision of a cell phone as portable Wi-Fi for travelers is convenient, it was not working initially. The rooms are spacious and very nicely designed.

The hotel gave me a mix of great views and privacy concerns. It felt odd not to have frosted glass on the bathroom door, but being on the 20th floor offered stunning views across the harbor/river.
